Shipping and delivery.
Everything we sell is digital and delivered online, straight after payment.
Nothing is shipped. OurDigitalPlatform sells access to online features (the Visible and Pro plans). There are no physical goods and no shipping charges.
Delivery time. A plan is switched on in your account as soon as Razorpay confirms the payment, usually within a minute. You get a payment confirmation and an invoice by email.
Where to find it. Sign in at ourdigitalplatform.com and open your dashboard: the plan, its end date and your receipts are under Subscription.
Not switched on? If your plan is not active 30 minutes after a successful payment, write to support@ourdigitalplatform.com with the payment reference and we will switch it on or refund you.
